This renovation involved stripping out the entire pair of farm cottages back to the bare shell. We insulated all external walls, sound deadening in floors. New ground floor with underfloor heating set in flow screed. New doors, windows and bathroom installation.  Utility extension to include plant room & toilet.  New dormer windows.  New kitchen.  Plaster skimmed throughout. Revealed and exposed feature stonework including new fireplace hearth. External render removal and new render & pointing.  New porch, groundworks and levelled & landscaped gardens.  Re-wired entire cottage with full LED lighting system. New flooring.  All walls decorated, woodwork finished & carpet fitted to stair case & upstairs.  Farmhouse's existing entrance was reduced with bespoke stone pillars & made to measure wooden gates.
