This project was a large undertaking, taking 2 years to complete.   Work involved building a rear double extension to create a new ground floor office and bathroom, with an ensuite upstairs.  New kitchen extension and installation of 2 large roof lanterns.  Complete renovation of one wing of the house including exposing beams and creating new feature beams.  New bespoke handmade kitchen.  Garage conversion into bedroom with en suite and utility room.  Build new double garage with a slated roof, window & external feature lighting.  Exposed stonework and rendered exterior.  Storage room above.  New log store garden shed. New biodigester and all new foul water and soft water drainage throughout.  Fully landscaped gardens.  New carriage driveway with large feature wishing well with beamed roof and lighting, created over from a well shaft we discovered whilst installing new front patio.
